Welcome to the VRFJ Mainframe. By accessing or using our core platform, located at app.vrfitnessjourney.io and its associated web properties (collectively, the “Mainframe Applet”, “Service”, or “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not initialize an uplink connection to the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By establishing a user session via our multi-provider authentication corridor (Google OAuth, Apple OAuth, or traditional credential pipelines), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
2. Medical & Physical Activity Disclaimer
- Consult Your Physician: The VRFJ Mainframe tracks virtual reality fitness workouts and physical telemetry. It does not provide medical advice. Virtual reality physical exertion can be intense. You should consult a licensed healthcare professional before embarking on any vigorous VR training regimen.
- Assumption of Risk: You explicitly acknowledge that participating in VR fitness activities carries inherent risks of physical injury or property damage (including, but not limited to, spatial disorientation or striking physical objects while wearing a Head-Mounted Display). You use this Platform and engage in physical training entirely at your own risk.
3. Telemetry Ingestion & Data Integrations
- Third-Party API Pipelines: The Platform facilitates the synchronization of biometric data points via external frameworks, including the Google Health API v4, Fitbit Developer Networks, and Strava API Dashboards.
- Sync Continuity: You grant the Platform permission to ingest, calculate, and store these activity streams under your encrypted user document context. We hold no liability for structural data disruptions, token expiration, or metric sync failures originating from third-party ecosystem architectures.
4. Gamified Economy & Virtual Assets
- No Real-World Cash Value: All levels, Experience Points (XP), Neon tokens, achievements, badges, and items generated within your user document profile or unlocked inside the Hex Core Collection are purely virtual, gamified instrumentation variables.
- Non-Transferable: Virtual assets possess absolutely no commercial, monetary, or real-world cash value. They cannot be traded, bartered, sold, or transferred outside the explicit runtime parameters of the Platform.
5. Prohibited Terminal Conduct
You strictly agree that you will not engage in any activity designed to compromise the systemic integrity of the Mainframe. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Falsifying HTTP request headers or intercepting backend API proxy endpoints to inject fraudulent workout payloads, fake heart rate, or inflated calorie data.
- Deploying automation scripts, bots, exploit tools, or scrapers to artificially manipulate the Global Leaderboards, Crew Constructs, or user rankings.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the security rules and gateway protocols governing our cloud database architecture.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the VRFJ Mainframe, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, bodily injury, or hardware failures, arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Platform. The Service is provided entirely on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” baseline architecture.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any operational disputes arising out of the Platform’s utilization shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought forward strictly within courts located in Orlando, Florida.
8. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain premium features within The Mainframe (such as Elite Status) may require a recurring subscription fee processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your profile settings or billing portal.
